SmartCarQuote.com is owned and run by Kevin Schappell. Kevin started AutoEducation.com in 1999 to help people learn more about their cars. Through that site, Kevin has educated millions of visitors on auto repair issues. He saw a need for a similar site related to car buying. Through trial and error with buying his own vehicles and helping friends and family, Kevin has learned what does and does not work in today's internet driven world.
